Maintenance department is always top notch

Everything went really well. I do have one suggestion. Not a negative just a suggestion: an onstar module was ordered for my envision. It was expected within about 3-5 business days. I called a week later because I had not been contacted. I just needed N update. I was told “we told you we would call you when it comes in”. My suggestion is this: if there is a delay with a part coming in, call the customer and just give them an update. Your part is delayed in transit, just giving you an update on the status of the delivery. That one minute phone call would have been a nice touch and let me know I was not forgotten (and that Vaughn customers are important). Now I was given a call when the part arrived, appointment made, service dept installed in short order. Every one I came into contact with was very nice. Thank you for asking.

I go there early for an oil change with my new 2026 Trail Boss. They took my truck in right away and was done in 15 mins. Good job.

The oil and filters changed in a timely manner. They also showed me my cabin filter where a rodent had been chewing on it. I was very appreciative of this.
